Returns & Refunds policy

You can cancel your order before receiving it. Our delivery agent will contact you to confirm the order before shipping. If you confirm the order but then refuse to receive it upon delivery, a 100 EGP fee will be applied to cover shipping costs and brand damage.

We ensure that all perfumes are delivered in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order, you are entitled to inspect the package, and if you find any damage or defect, you have the right to refuse it at no additional cost. You may also test the fragrance with one spray only before making your final decision. If you refuse the order after testing, a 100 EGP fee will be applied to cover shipping costs.
